The pilot of an Airbus A320-232 was forced to make an emergency landing in Mexico due to an engine problem.
A passenger on board the Mexican low-cost airline Viva Aerobus recorded video of flames trailing from the wing after a loud bang.

The airline added: “The aircraft was under control at all times and the welfare of all those on board was preserved”.
