The Finnair AY code will be added to Turkish Airlines’ routes between Helsinki and Istanbul, as well as those between Istanbul and Athens, Sofia, Thessaloniki, Amman, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Luxor, Antalya, and Gazipasa, beginning September 29.
Turkish Airlines’ TK code will be added to the following Finnair routes from Helsinki: Kuopio, Vaasa, Oulu, Rovaniemi, Reykjavik, Tallinn, Tartu, Riga, Vilnius, Antalya, and Gazipasa.
Finnair’s chief commercial officer, Ole Orvér, stated, “We are pleased to be able to offer more options to Finnair customers as travel begins to recover and they are once again able to fulfill their trip ambitions.”
“We also invite Turkish Airlines passengers to visit the lovely Nordics via our vast network of connections from Helsinki.”
Turkish Airlines’ chief investment and technology officer, Ahmet Bolat Phd, stated, “We are thrilled to be expanding our current interline cooperation through this codeshare arrangement with Finnair.”
