The worldwide air transport rating agency, Skytrax, has recognized Etihad Airways as having the Best Airline Staff Service in the Middle East.
The accolade recognizes the care and attention to detail the airline’s teams give to customers’ needs throughout their journeys.

The honor comes after Etihad was recognized as the “Environmental Airline of the Year 2022” in the annual Airline Ratings, recognizing Etihad’s innovative approach to enhancing aviation sustainability for both the airline and the broader sector.
Additionally, at the Business Traveller Middle East Awards 2022, the airline took home the titles of “Best Cabin Crew” and “Best First Class.”
Etihad serves more than 70 passenger and cargo destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America as the official airline of the United Arab Emirates.
The Boeing 787 Dreamliner serves as the foundation of the airline’s fleet, which also includes Airbus and Boeing, models.
In order to link with New York, Chicago, and London, Etihad also debuted the fuel-efficient Airbus A350-1000 earlier this year. Etihad transported 4.02 million passengers in the first half of 2022, more than three million higher than at the same time in 2021.
