When a Thai Airways Boeing 787-8 plane landed at Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport (BLR), one of the plane’s tires ruptured.

On April 26, 2022, at approximately 23:30, an incident occurred. Flight TG 325 had arrived in Bengaluru from Bangkok and was taxiing away from the runway when ground workers observed one of the B787-12 8’s tires had deflated, according to local press.

“TG 325 from Bangkok landed at Bengaluru and while docking into stand 05, the landing gear tire was found to be deflated,” a spokesperson from Kempegowda International Airport told local news.

“All passengers were provided with hotel accommodation and rebooked for departure flight on April 28 at 00:30”

The flight’s 150 passengers were all uninjured.

When AeroTime asked for a statement on the situation, Thai Airways did not react right away.
