Beginning in October 2023, the national airline of Germany, Lufthansa, will operate Airbus A380 flights to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK).
On October 5, 2023, daily flights from Munich International Airport (MUC) to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) will start. On October 28, 2023, Lufthansa will introduce the A380 on flights from MUC to BKK, providing a 75% increase in seat capacity over the A350 currently in use on the route.
Lufthansa provides eight First Class seats, 78 Business Class seats, and 52 Premium Economy seats for these flights on the A380.
