After the landing gear on a Transavia Boeing 737 caught fire while taxiing at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, passengers were evacuated.
Flight #HV6730 originated in Seville, according to a Transavia spokesperson. The passengers were evacuated as a precaution after landing. People may be seen standing adjacent to the plane and walking across the wings in photos from the evacuation.
The fire has been put out, and the passengers are being looked after, according to Schiphol.
Transavia still needs to figure out exactly what happened and how the fire originated.
