Incident: Air New Zealand 787 diverted to Hong Kong due To Cracked Windscreen

According to Avhearld:

An ANZ Air New Zealand Boeing 787-9, registration ZK-NZH, was in route at FL360 about 130nm south of Hong Kong (China) on flight NZ-1082 (dep Jan 26th) from Christchurch (New Zealand) to Guangzhou (China) when the crew chose to divert to Hong Kong due to a cracked windshield.

About 55 minutes after leaving FL360, the plane landed safely on Hong Kong’s runway 07R.

About 25 hours after landing, the plane is still on the ground in Hong Kong.
