At the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, Etihad Airways unveiled numerous fresh products and improvements to its aircraft.

The new Boeing 787 Dreamliners’ updated interiors include a clean design and private business suites that will be added to the fleet in the third quarter.

In the third quarter of 2023, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates is scheduled to receive three brand-new Boeing 787 Dreamliners.

Wi-Fly packages, a collaboration with Armani Casa, and ecologically friendly eating experiences are among of the improved benefits.

“Etihad’s new 787 Dreamliner cabin interior showcases further enhancements to our award-winning and industry-renowned cabins. Our new Business class takes the guest experience to new heights with the second evolution of the Business Studio which was launched on the Airbus A350-1000 last year,” said Antonoaldo Neves, CEO at Etihad Airways.

The new seats are designed to give visitors a comfortable, roomy space with additional seclusion afforded by a suite door.

From the Airbus A350’s initial model, the suite’s height has been increased even more, giving visitors even more privacy.

The cabin is configured in a 1-2-1 layout, providing “comfort, convenience, and privacy whether traveling alone or with companions,” and each of the 32 business seats has direct aisle access.

The chairs have a 17.3″ 4K TV, Bluetooth headphone pairing, multiple charging ports, wireless charging, and plenty of storage. They also recline to a fully flat bed that is 78″ long.

The newest 787 will feature 271 economy seats and be lighter and more fuel-efficient than the present fleet because of its reduced weight.

A 13.3″ 4K touch-screen monitor with a wide variety of entertainment options and a handy USB charging outlet will be available for passengers.

A closed-loop recycling system will be included in Etihad’s new economy dining service, resulting in a circular process that completely eliminates single-use plastic.

Neves added: “We remain fully committed to providing industry-leading experiences for our guests and we’re proud to showcase this here at the Arabian Travel Market. This year is about growth for Etihad – as well as enhancing our guest experience and adding aircraft to our fleet, we’ve announced new routes for our network, including Kolkata last month, Lisbon, Malaga and Mykonos this summer and Copenhagen and Dusseldorf in the fourth quarter.”
