This month, Delta recruiters and flight attendants will travel to Tennessee, Minnesota, and Florida to answer aspiring flight attendants’ questions about the role, lifestyle, travel opportunities, work schedules, application process, and more.
Participants can learn about the advantages and privileges provided to our employees at each information session held in the metro regions of Nashville, Minneapolis, and Orlando – the first time Delta has brought flight attendant hiring on the road.

With rising client demand, Delta expects to add 4,000–6,000 flight attendants in 2023. With a concentrated reconstruction of our higher yield core hubs, especially Atlanta, Delta plans to fully restore the network in 2023 after operating at 85% capacity in 2022.
